Angel Animal
Hospital and
Boarding (AAH)
was built in
July of 2008
and is a
brand new
facility
featuring
state of the
art
construction,
layout, and
equipment.
AAH offers a
spacious
waiting area
consisting
of a Cat
Adoption
Room,
comfortable
seating, and
LCD TVs for
your
convenience
as you wait
for your
pet's
appointment.
There are
both closed
and open
exam rooms
for your
pets
comfort, as
well as
isolated
exam room
for our
contagious
patients.
AAH's
treatment
area
contains a
lab, a wet
table, and
cages to
hour our
surgery
patients.
The lab area
is complete
with brand
new, state
of the art
lab
equipment.
Blood,
fecal, and
urine
samples can
be run in
house and
provide
results in
less than 15
minutes.
The hospital
has a clean
& sterile
surgery room
to perform
various
surgeries.
The surgery
room has the
latest in
surgical
equipment,
anesthetic
machines and
2 different
types of
lasers.
Our
anesthetic
monitoring
equipment
provides an
EKG, a heart
rate
reading, a
pulse ox (to
monitor
oxygen
levels in
the blood
system), and
blood
pressure.
Our
patient's
safety is
our number
one concern
which is why
we have all
anesthetized
patients
monitored by
not only the
high tech
equipment
but also by
a veterinary
technician.
The cages in
the
treatment
area are
used for our
patients
recovering
from
surgery.
This way,
each patient
will be
monitored
very closely
post surgery
to help
reduce the
risk of any
complications.
AAH's
radiology
department
has the
newest in
digital
x-ray
technology,
which offers
tremendous
benefits
over
traditional
film.
The image
quality of
digital
x-ray is far
superior to
that of
traditional
film x-rays.
The image
quality is
important as
disease can
be
undiagnosed
or
misdiagnosed
with an
unclear
image.
Additionally,
with digital
images, the
images can
be
magnified,
and contrast
enhanced to
allow for
more
accurate
diagnostic
information.
Furthermore,
with digital
technology,
radiographs
can be sent
instantly to
radiologist
for a case
consult if
necessary.
Often, every
second
counts!
Finally,
AAH's
brand new
custom built
and designed
kennels
have been
installed to
house your
pets during
their stay
with us.
Cats can
enjoy their
stay in one
of the
comfortable
cat condos
in the cat
room,
complete
wtih a
window view
to the
outside.
While dogs
can spend
their time
in a large
run watching
fun DVDs on
their own
plasma TV!
